He was predeceased by: his wife Mary Annette Whittington Curtis; and his parents, Franklin Lemarr Curtis and Lola Alameda Brock. He is survived by: his children, Debra Lynn Sizemore (Kenneth) of Clifton Forge and Richard Anthony Curtis of California; and his grandsons, Jason Raether, Nicholas Raether and Joshua Raether. He is also survived by eight great grandchildren.
