She was predeceased by: her parents, Wayne Mervel Musser Sr. and Virgie Mildred McCulley; her husband Teddy Stone; and her daughter Paula Jones. She is survived by: her son David Altizer of Roanoke; her siblings, Helen Frances Taylor of Pasadina, MD, Thomas Edward "Tommy" Musser (Velma) of Greensboro, NC and Wayne Mervel Musser, Jr. (Carol Sue) of Sherman, TX; and her grandchildren, Jai Jones and Gabriel Jones. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
