Virginia Lawler Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Virginia Lawler (Clifton Forge, Virginia), who passed away on November 24, 2020 at the age of 90. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Ned Wilby Stone and Evelyn Mae Carter Stone; her husband Cletus H. Lawler, Jr.; and her sisters, Carol Fabria, Joan Vess, Louise Frances Stone, Helen Rosetta Showman and Mary Ellen Quick.
She is survived by: her children, Shirley Jean Chesnut of Covington, Linda Sue Kennedy (Lonnie) of Lake City, TN and Bobby Joe Hosey (Laurie) of Covington; her stepchildren, Stephanie Schuler of Pennsylvania, Jeanette Lawler of Boones Mill and Chip Lawler (Kim) of Florida; her siblings, Bonnie Sue Paxton of Covington, Peggy Ann Carter of Marion, Billy Joe Stone of Lynchburg, Charles Henry Stone of Clifton Forge, James Wilby Stone of Indiana and Thomas Lewis Stone of Kentucky; and her grandchildren, Faye O'Conner, Davey Helmintoller and John Carter. She is also survived by two step grandchildren; nine great grandchildren; a great great grandson; and a number of nieces and nephews.
