He was predeceased by: his parents, Sylvester T. "Beck" Nicely and Nellie Nicely Nicely Sampson. He is survived by: his significant other Sandy Hartley of Iron Gate; his sons, Matthew Chase Nicely (Pam Boyd) of Covington and Anthony Daniel Nicely (Morgan Sydenstricker) of Covington; his stepdaughters, Mikki Curtis (Cheyenne) of Iron Gate and Midori Hartley of Clifton Forge; his grandchildren, Cannon Lennox Nicely, Anthony Gunnar Nicely, Sidney Curtis, J. T. Wolfe, Axton Sydenstricker and Jackson Sydenstricker; and his pets, Darla and Weezer. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
A graveside service was held on Saturday, January 4th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Sharon Baptist Cemetery.
