He is survived by: his wife Kawahna Persinger-Haynes of Iron Gate; his siblings, Shannon Hise of Wisconsin and Mitchell D. Haynes (Rhonda) of Smithfield Virginia; and his aunts, Connie Fenton and Ruth Via. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
