With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Peggy Knick of Clifton Forge, Virginia, born in Eagle Rock, Virginia, who passed away on February 2, 2021 at the age of 87. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, John Lusby Dillon, Sr. and Joanna VanNess Dillon; her husband Dewey W. Knick, Sr.; and her siblings, Tommy Dillon, J. L. Dillon, Jr. and Betty Dillon Giordano.
She is survived by: her children, Teresa Knick-Gibson and Dewey W. Knick, Jr. (Dink); her grandson Douglas Dillon Gibson (Shelly); her great grandchildren, Jordyn Kate Gibson and Elliott Dawson Gibson; her siblings-in-law, Audine Dillon of Roanoke and Angelo Giordano of Richmond; her niece Debbie (Doots); and her adoptive daughter Gail Duncan Wallace. She is also survived by husband, family and friends.
The family suggests memorial tributes take the form of contributions to Shiloh Methodist Church, P.O. Box 85, Eagle Rock, VA 24085.
