Nina Morris Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Nina Morris (Clifton Forge, Virginia), who passed away on August 6, 2020 at the age of 99. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, David F. Downey and Ella Burks Downey; her husband Robert Lewis Morris; and her son Philip Eugene Morris. She is survived by: her daughter Shirley M. Collier of Virginia Beach; her granddaughter Cynthia M. Strom; her great grandchildren, Joy Thompson, Sammy Strom, Denny Butts and Louis Strom; her close friends, Pat Amos (Roger) of Covington, Ed and Lynn Hemp of Covington; and also, Mindy Gardzenski of Hot Springs and Dale James of Virginia Beach. She is also survived by eight great great grandchildren.
The family suggest memorial tributes take the form of contributions to the Alleghany Humane Society, 9313 Rich Patch Road, Covington, Virginia 24426.
