She was predeceased by: her parents, Roscoe H. Downey, Sr. and Dorothy Payne Downey; and her sister Margaret "Carol" Clark. She is survived by: her husband Charles A. Little, Sr. of Clifton Forge; her children, Charles "Chuck" Little (Rebecca) of Clifton Forge and Kim Little (Alpha Paitsel) of South Carolina; her siblings, Roxie Downey of Covington, Robin Rickett (Carey) of Covington, Mary Jane Anderson (Kevin) of Fincastle and Roscoe "Rusty" Downey, Jr. of Clifton Forge; her grandchildren, Gene "Aaron" Smith of Clifton Forge, Kenneth Little (Staci) of West Virginia and Austin Little (Winter Robertson) of Roanoke; her great grandchildren, Zacary Smith, Coltyn Smith of Clifton Forge, Aiden Morgan and Madelyn Little of West Virginia; and her close friends, Susie Kern, Marie, Mickey Nichols, Danny and Julia Carter. She is also survived by great grandchild; and several nieces and nephews.
