She was predeceased by: her parents, Harry Nelson and Hallie Unroe Bliss of Virginia; her sister Evelyn Nelson; and her niece Tara Bliss Hatley. She is survived by: her sister Carolyn Hatley; her aunts, Rita Unroe of Iron Gate and Nancy Unroe of Iron Gate; her nephew Edward Hatley (Dee); her great-nephews, Calvin Hatley and Zane Hatley; and her great-niece Hallie Bliss Barnes.
