She was predeceased by: her parents, James Hughes Kelly and Ruth Reynolds Kelly; and her siblings, James Kelly and Phyllis Rogers. She is survived by: her husband William Curtis Broughman; her daughters, Tina Floyd (Rett) of Turbeville and Kelly Smestad (Erick) of Chesapeake, VA; her grandchildren, Ashley, Maysey, Bayley, Cody and Ericka; and her sister Ruth Furry of Irongate, VA. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
