It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Linda Ann Kern of Clifton Forge, Virginia, born in Chicopee, Massachusetts, who passed away on January 9, 2023, at the age of 69, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her father William Richard "Dick" Powell, Sr.; her husband Bill Kern; and her pet Sweetie. She is survived by: her brothers, William Richard "Ricky" Powell, Jr. (Courtney) of Salem and Brian Todd Powell (Serita) of Covington. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
