He is survived by: his wife Lois Collins Meadows of Virginia Beach; his children, Lewis "Randy" Meadows, Jr. (Kelly) of Chesapeake and Sherry Nelson (Rick) of Virginia Beach; his grandchildren, Brandon Meadows (Carin), Rusty Meadows and James Bain; and his great grandchild Cameron Meadows.
