He was predeceased by: his parents, James "Turk" Lowman and Stella Unroe Lowman; and his son Philip Lowman. He is survived by: his wife Connie Wilmer Lowman; his son Jason; his daughter-in-law Alania Lowman; his grandchildren, Keely Lowman of Clifton Forge, Kellen Lowman of Clifton Forge and Kiera Lowman of Clifton Forge; his brother Randy Lowman (Suzie) of Craig County; his siblings-in-law, David Wilmer (Beth) and Sandra Wilmer; his aunt Nancy Unroe of Iron Gate; his nephews, Matthew Lowman, Morgan Lowman and Bruce Lowman; and also, Michael, Brandi, Kennedy and Deakon Brown. He is also survived by cousins, great nieces, and great nephews; and special friends.
