He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Rachel Ann Simmons and Keith Hileman Simmons, Sr.; his aunts and uncles, Louise Fultz of Bacova, Faye Simmons of Atlanta, Virginia Simmons of Arlington, Velma Sturgill (George) of Aldie, Virginia, George Simmons (Sue) of Stephen City and Dwight Simmons (Carol) of Kirkland, Washington; and his cousins, Susan Goings and Cristy Bounds.
