He is survived by: his mother Beulah Patterson Neal; his children, Kayle Kelly of Roanoke, Bryar King of Botetourt County and Elijah Neal of Eagle Rock; and his siblings, Krista Neal of Botetourt County, Stephanie Neal of Fluvanna County, Reba Neal of Roanoke, Crystal Neal of Roanoke, April Neal of Roanoke, Amy Feather of Roanoke, Tammy Ransome of Roanoke, Theresa Jackson of Roanoke and Travis Patterson of Roanoke. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
