He was predeceased by: his parents, Luther Cline Linkenhoker and Vivian Weikel Linkenhoker; his mother-in-law Frances Myers; and his siblings, Virginia L. Deskin, Shirley L. Miller and Everett Curtis Linkenhoker.
He is survived by: his wife Frances Arlene Myers Linkenhoker; his daughters, Lisa L. Boothe (Duane) of Clifton Forge and Stacy L. Harrison (Bobby) of Clifton Forge; his grandchildren, Caleb Harrison (Rebecca), James Michael Boothe (Alexandra Wright), Hanna Boothe, Rebecca Boothe and Andrew Boothe; his great grandchildren, Evelynne and Emma Harrison; his sister-in-law Betty Myers Brooks; and his nieces and nephews, Betty Brown Morton, Taylor Kenestrick, Ann Miller Gwynn and Richard A..
