She was predeceased by: her parents, Codie Ashby Ross and Evelyn Clarke Ross; her husband Raymond Donald Franklin; her sisters, Carol Ross Wills and Sandy Chandler; her parents-in-law, Virginia and Carmine Ersel Remley; and her son-in-law Jim Moore.
She is survived by: her daughters, Victoria Moore of Low Moor, Donita Franklin of Clifton Forge, Lisa Black (Rick) of Clifton Forge, Sue Higgins (Tim) of Clifton Forge and Betsy Rogers (Walter) of Clifton Forge; and her sisters, Norma Dressler of Millboro and Nancy Killian (Gary) of Clifton Forge. She is also survived by fourteen grandchildren; twenty one great grandchildren; five great great grandchildren; and a number of nieces and nephews.
