He is survived by: his children, Kristie Schultz (Eric) of Covington and Jack "Jay" Persinger II of Covington; his grandchildren, Marisa Brogan (James Groves), Hunter Smith (Abby Seldomridge), Alexis Schultz (Jack Bailey), Connor Schultz, Emmalyn Schultz and Riley Persinger; and his great grandchildren, Karson Smith, Maverick Smith and Maddy Groves. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
