It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Heather Downer of Clifton Forge, Virginia, born in Low Moor, Virginia, who passed away on October 19, 2024, at the age of 41, leaving to mourn family and friends. She is survived by: her daughter Makaylah Brook Hall of Clifton Forge; her sisters, Ashley Nicely (Robert) of Covington, Chelsea Claire Napier of Bedford and Faith Paige Downer of Salem; her stepbrother Justin Foss of Illinois; and her grandmothers, Betty Lowen of Covington and Mary Downer of Covington. She is also survived by aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins.
