She was predeceased by: her parents, Emmett Russell and Annie Bell Higgins Nicely; and her brother Lonnie Nicely. She is survived by: her close friends, Tom, Debbie O'Meara and Dean Jenkins. She is also survived by cousins and friends.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, February 23rd 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Chapel of Nicely Funeral Home (405 Alleghany St, Clifton Forge, VA 24422). A funeral service will be held on Sunday, February 23rd 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
