She was predeceased by: her parents, Lloyd William Madison and Pauline Marshall Madison; her husband Ralph Warren Bethel; and her brothers, Lloyd Madison, Jr., George Madison and Edgar Madison.
She is survived by: her children, Eleanor B. Wyatt of Radford, Joyce Campbell of Clifton Forge, Diane Wilcher (Mike) of Millboro, Jeanie Downey (Buddy) of Reedy, WV, Cheryl Anderson (Alan) of Stuarts Draft, Floyd Bethel (Louise) of Grottoes and Dallas Bethel (Linda) of Millboro; and her sisters, Thelma Madison of Millboro, Barbara Madison of Staunton and Shirley Madison of Staunton. She is also survived by 16 grandchildren; and a number of great grandchildren, great great grandchildren, and nieces and nephews.
