He was predeceased by: his parents, Garland Allard and Echolene Morris Allard; and his brothers, Garland Montgomery, Jerry Allard, James Allard and Bobby Morris.
He is survived by: his wife Alice Everett Allard of Covington; his daughters, Teresa Reynolds of Covington and Ashley Allard of Covington; his siblings, Doris Armentrout (David) of Covington, Shirley Beech (Lane) of Harrisonburg, Rose Enyart of Moneta and Wayne Allard of Roanoke; his grandchildren, Tamara Deisher and Rubin Garza; and his great grandchildren, Alyssa Allard, Devin Deisher, Noah Deisher and Autumn Allard. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
