She is survived by: her brother Bobby Powell of Richmond; her children, Sandra Moore (Charles), Randy Nicely (Pam), Kristy Casstevens (Mark) and Kathy Fowler (Joe); her grandchildren, Jeremy, Jason, Justin, Joshua Moore, Kelly, Shayna Nicely, Tara Williamson, Mark Casstevens, Rachelle Pannell and Danielle Fowler; and her caregiver Pat Conner. She is also survived by 14 great grandchildren, one great great grandchild and many nieces and nephews.
