Evelyn Myers Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Evelyn Myers (Clifton Forge, Virginia), who passed away on June 23, 2020, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Jacob Lee of Washington and Mary Inez Blevins Shupe; her husband Hascue Coleman Myers; and her siblings, Frank, Ernest, David, Donald Shupe, Ruby Martin, Edith Blankenbeckler, Dorothy Hicks and Ella Maude Shupe.
She is survived by: her children, Donna Liakos (Robbie) and Dana Myers (Leslie) of Savannah, Georgia; her grandchildren, Erik Furry, Heather Furry, Jessica Cooper, Mallory Smith and Andrew Myers; her great grandchildren, Katelynn Furry, Sebastian Furry, Eva Furry, Brynn Godfrey, Jonathan Cooper, Grace Cooper, Lucy Smith, Margaret Smith, Emma Myers, Jacob Myers and Taylor Myers; and her close friends, Jane Pinchard and Donna Fox. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and other loving family members; and a host of friends.
The family asks that memorial tributes take the form of contributions in Evelyn's name to P.A.C.K. (People of Action Caring for Kids) which is a 501c3 non- profit organization committed to helping feed children in the Savannah community.
