She was predeceased by: her father Chester Puckett; her husband James Tavender "J. T." Fridley, Jr.; her siblings, Buck Campbell, Alice Nicely and Brenda Vess; and her stepgrandsons, Billy Hoke, Jr. and Jason Matthew Hoke.
She is survived by: her children, Catherine Hoke (Billy) of Hollywood, WV and James T. Fridley III (Susan); her sisters, Caroline Jett, Debbie Brown and Lorinda Wilson; her grandsons, David Wayne Tucker and James Tavender Fridley IV (Ashley); and her great grandchildren, Mila Fridley and John T. Fridley. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
