He is survived by: his sister Ella Mae Waller of Cincinnati, Ohio; his daughter Wanda Broady-Qaiser-Hartman of Salem; his nieces and nephews, Mark Waller (Danita) of Cincinnati, Joseph Terry, Jr. of Neu Isenburg, Germany, Terri Lynn Waller of Cincinnati, Sharon Terry-Summerville (David) of Indianapolis and Brenda Nelson (Frank) of Grottoes; his stepchildren, Ingrid Wallace Barber (Randy) of Clifton Forge and Lamont Hughes of Waynesboro, Virginia; his grandchildren, LaSandra Liggins of Roanoke, Majid Qaiser (Elizabeth) of Charlotte, Courtney Ray Dudding (Kevin) of Covington, Shante, Zoe Hughes of Waynesboro and Ashland Barber of Richmond, Virginia; his great grandchildren, Jaiden Qaiser and Zoe Qaiser; his siblings-in-law, Genelda Wallace, Vanessa Wallace, Romania Jordan (Oliver) of Clifton Forge, Leonard Wallace, Jr. (Joyce) of Easton, Richard (Gail), Reginald Wallace (La Tasha) of Clifton Forge, VA and Rodney Wallace of Salem; and also, Betty Liggins of Roanoke and Diane Banks of Lynchburg.
