He was predeceased by: his mother Mary Marshall; his former wife Alice Kitt Marshall; his son Earl Marshall, Jr.; and his siblings, Dolly McGhee, Ruth Hardbarger, Doris Fridley, Charles Marshall and Larry Marshall.
He is survived by: his wife Helen Bates Marshall of Millboro; his daughters, Nikki Marshall of Selma, Lisa Zarazua (Valdemar) of Richmond, Tina Marshall Blair of Low Moor, Rhonda Burke (Steffey) of Millboro and Amanda Marshall (Robert Tucker, Jr.) of Sharon; his sister Peggy Sensabaugh (Freeman) of Goshen; his grandchildren, Jaime Marshall (Brandon), Dana Sensabaugh, Amber Sensabaugh, Jesse Zarazua and Waylon Tucker; and his great grandchildren, Emma Marshall and Jayden Atkins. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
