It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Dawn Seibel (Clifton Forge, Virginia), who passed away on November 3, 2020, at the age of 57, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her father Elwood Helmintoller. She is survived by: her mother Dorothy Jones Helmintoller; her sons, Terry Windsor (Rebecca) of Glen Wilton, Michael Seibel and Magnolia Hamilton of Eagle Rock; her stepson Carlos Hernandez of Clifton Forge; her siblings, Sherry McCoy of Roanoke, Alvin Helmintoller of Glen Wilton and Wayne Lindsay (Brenda) of Iron Gate; her grandchildren, Chase Windsor, Tobyann Windsor, Ellymae Windsor, Marshall Seibel and Madilyn Seibel; and her close friends, Karen Gillispie and Miss Ellen. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
