He is survived by: his father Frank Lewis McCoy of Millboro; his siblings, Penny McCoy Campbell (Darrell) and Richard Thomas "Ricky" McCoy of Millboro; his nephew Michael Campbell (Kerri); his niece Sarah Marshall; and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Kennedy, Harper, Ellie Campbell, Gracie and Evan Marshall. He is also survived by aunts and uncles; and special friends.
