He is survived by: his parents, Teresa Kinkead and John Kinkead; his wife Lisa Kinkead; his children, Michael and Meghan Kinkead (Sarah); his siblings, Kelly Long (Randy) and Scott Kinkead (Iona); and his pets, Hazel and Gus. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
