He is survived by: his parents, Arnold "Clay" Nicely, Jr. and Billee Puckett Nicely; his siblings, Heather Nicely Martin (Greg) of Orlando Florida, Lindsay Nicely of Covington and Kody Nicely of Clifton Forge; and his grandmother Lois Nelson Nicely of Clifton Forge. He is also survived by his family, his friends, as well as by his Army family.
