He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry Baxter and Frances Lewis Tolley (Fannie); his wife Elsie Knick Tolley; and his siblings, Isabel Tolley Berry of Virginia, Bessie Mae Tolley Zollman, William Alexander Tolley and Henry Blair Tolley.
He is survived by: his children, Tony Preston Tolley (Barbara) of Clifton Forge, Brenda Tolley Unroe (David) of Roanoke and William Baxter Tolley (Sandra) of Christiansburg; his grandchildren, Christopher Unroe of Roanoke and Heather Bowman of Roanoke; his stepgrandchildren, Erin Kearsley of Idaho Falls, ID, Megan Karamanlis of Des Moines, IA and Matthew Burns of Salt Lake, UT; his great grandchildren, Brandon Bowman of Roanoke and Trevor Bowman of Roanoke; and his stepgreat-grandchildren, Corrick Kearsley, Torrence Kearsley, Emrys Kearsley, Oliver Karamanlis and William Karamanlis. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
