With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Charles Michael Hosey Sr. (Clifton Forge, Virginia), who passed away on November 8, 2022 at the age of 71. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his father Kennen Keith Hosey; his sisters, Edith May, Christine Hosey, Teresa Hosey and Letha Hosey; and his grandchildren, Christopher Zarr Mace, Darius Hosey and Shyanne Hosey.
He is survived by: his wife Adah Hosey; his children, Pam Hosey, Charles Michael "Mikey" Hosey, Jr., Bill Epperly (Jennifer), Donna Corvin (David), Heather, Reynolds, Christy Mace (Red), Jessie "Runt" Thompson (Dale), Tiffany Kress and John Snider (Brittany); his siblings, Pearl Tucker (Darrell), Linda Kress, Isabell Hosey, Keith Hosey (Darlene), George Hosey (Becky) and Wendall Hosey; his former wives, Patricia Hosey and Patsy Thompson; his nieces and nephews, Mary Beth Hosey, Rebecca Ann Simmons and Little George Hosey; and also Rev. Mike Fisher. He is also survived by 27 grandchildren, with one on the way; 17 great grandchildren.
The family suggests memorial tributes take the form of contributions to Midway Christian Church or to the Cancer Research Foundation.
