It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Carl Mann of Clifton Forge, Virginia, who passed away on July 31, 2020, at the age of 77, leaving to mourn family and friends. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Carl Mann to pay them a last tribute.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul G. Mann, Sr. and Mildred Kelley Mann; his daughter Deborah C. Rogers; and his siblings, Ann Mann Porter, Paul G. Mann Jr., Bobby Mann and Leonard Ray Mann.
He is survived by: his children, Lisa Mann Angell (Alan) of Warner Robbins, GA and Jonathan Mann of Clifton Forge; his grandsons, Carlos Angell, Lucas Rogers and Ryan Mann; and his close friend Rebecca Mann. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
Those wishing to attend the service should follow the Covid-19 protocol and practice social distancing.
