She was predeceased by: her parents, Ernest Hurt and Lily Hurt; her husband Carl Edward Gullett; and her brothers, Rusty Hurt and Randy Hurt.

She is survived by: her sons, Stephen Cadle of Clifton Forge and Robert Cadle of Columbus, OH; and her sisters, Lona Gail Lunsford of Cleveland, OH and Sherri Lunsford of Cleveland, OH. She is also survived by three grandchildren; and a number of nieces and nephews.
