He is survived by: his wife Carolyn McCoy Hayslett of Clifton Forge; his daughter Sandi H. Wolfe (Randy) of Covington; his sister Edith Kelly (William) of Covington; his granddaughters, Kala Rai Belcher (Seth) and Madison Irene Hayslett; and his great grandchild Bentley. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and many close friends.
