He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Bowen and Bessie Campbell Bowen; and his brothers, Ricky Bowen and Gary Bowen. He is survived by: his wife Betty Riddle Bowen of Clifton Forge; his stepdaughter Lisa E. Perry of Manard, TX; his brother Steve Bowen (Barbara) of Parkville, MD; and his siblings-in-law, Christine Gammon, Sue Lindsey, Donna Simmons, Michael Taggart and Raymond Taggart Jr.. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews and special friend.
