He was predeceased by: his parent Jake Booker; and his brothers, Wade Bryon Booker and Jake Eddie Booker III. He is survived by: his parent Edith Hicks Booker; his wife Lillie Booker; his children, Heather Wicks (Roger) of Belfast, Sophie Alsup of Cleveland and Bruce Booker (Nina) of Washington State; his stepchildren, Eric Alsup of Lebanon and Brandi Alsup of Cleveland; his sister Linda Martin (Phillip) of Roanoke; his grandchildren, Trinity Hackney (Anthony), Lela Booker, Jake Booker and John Booker; and his great grandchild Ezekiel Howard.
