He is survived by: his wife Carma Talbott (Williams); his daughter Anna Santangelo (Dan); his siblings, Gregory Talbott of Columbus, Randy Talbott of East Liverpool and Cheryl Moore of East Liverpool; and his grandchildren, Joseph and Gianna Santangelo.
