She was predeceased by: her parents, Beecher Puckett Sr. and Mary Wallace Puckett; her former husband Joe Breeding; and her sister Dorothy Sutherland Powers. She is survived by: her husband Patton Stevens; her son Jeff Breeding (Kim); and her siblings, Don Puckett (Mary Ann), Tommy Puckett, Paul Puckett (Teresa), Beecher Puckett Jr. (Fern) and Debbie Calhoun. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
