We are sad to announce that on September 25, 2019, at the age of 74, Ned Stevens (Cleveland, Virginia), born in Buchanan, Virginia passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Lee and Margaret Osborne Stevens; and his wife Barbara Hogston Stevens. He is survived by: his children, Robert Clifford Stevens (Kathy Peck) of Cleveland, Ronald Lee Stevens (Gail Parrott) of Cleveland, Loretta Jean Street (Rondal) of Rowe, Betsy Ball (Jeff Gross) of Honaker and Margaret Parrott (Michael) of Cleveland; his stepchildren, Sarah Rethford of Lebanon, Kayla Mickles of Lebanon and Mark Rose of Lebanon; his sisters, Emily Viola Crabtree of Honaker, Carnell Rasnake of Honaker, Ethel Powers of Manassas, Nadean Houser of Bristol and Mary Ann Crabtree of Cleveland; and his close friend Deborah Dye. He is also survived by seven grandchildren, seven great-grandchildren, and several nieces and nephews.
