He is survived by: his daughters, Janice Vance of Richlands and Virginia Amanda Arrington of Bristol, Virginia; and his sisters, Patricia Kitler and Virginia Jenae Stinson of Jewell Ridge. He is also survived by Several Grandchildren and Four Great Grandchildren.
