He was predeceased by: his parents, Peggy Puckett and James Puckett; his siblings, James Puckett, Terry Puckett and Roxie P. Colburn; and his niece Jordan Puckett.
He is survived by: his children, Chelsea Puckett, Jamie Puckett, Caleb Puckett and Khloe Puckett; his granddaughters, Skylynn, Arabella and Lilianna; his sisters, Denita Keith, Martha Neal, Gail Puckett, Lisa Puckett, Veronica Rollins, Linda Carter and Ginger Gunn; and his nieces and nephews, Jessi, Shea, Crystal, Kayla, Olivia, Derrick, Jonathan and Ben.
In lieu of flowers donations can be made in his honor to St. Jude Children's research hospital or simply take a moment to let your loved ones know just how much you care, life is too short!
