With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Dolly Carter of Cleveland, Virginia, born in Caretta, West Virginia, who passed away on July 24, 2020 at the age of 88. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, John Ramsey and Maggie Della Ramsey (Chandler); and her husband Harold Jay Carter. She is survived by: her children, Harold Carter Jr. (Lois) and Pamela Carter Guinn (Eddy). She is also survived by four grandchildren; nine great grandchildren; three great-great grandchildren and several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
