It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Dollie Carter of Cleveland, Virginia, born in Caretta, West Virginia, who passed away on July 24, 2020, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, John Ramsey and Maggie Della Ramsey (Chandler); and her husband Harold Jay Carter. She is survived by: her children, Harold Carter Jr. (Lois) and Pamela Carter Guinn (Eddy). She is also survived by four grandchildren; nine great grandchildren; three great-great grandchildren and several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
