He is survived by: his wife Christie McCoy of Cleveland; his parents, Darrell McCoy of Nora and Mina McCoy of Nora; his siblings, Monica Carico of Coeburn and David McCoy (Kelly) of Coeburn; his stepson Eric Mullins; and his grandson ReyLee.
