He was predeceased by: his parents, Clovis Stevens and Thelma Stevens (Hurley); and his siblings, William, Billy, Harold Stevens and Judith Stevens.
He is survived by: his wife Shirley Stevens; his children, Regina St. Clair (Danny) and Doug Stevens (Crystal); his stepsons, Mark Trent (Tina) and Brian Trent (Amanda); and his siblings, James Stevens, Sandy Stevens, Ralph Stevens (Brenda), Mike Stevens (Patty), Terry Stevens (Robin), Trish Stiltner and Shirley Keen (Larry). He is also survived by 14 grandchildren, eight great-grandchildren.
