He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Cooke and Ella Cooke; his wife Betty Lou Cook; and his siblings, Carol Sue Haines and Charles Cooke.
He is survived by: his sons, Charlie, Greg, Mark and Joey; his grandchildren, Amber, Justin, Anna, Amanda and Adam; his great grandchildren, Maddox, Bryson and Jackson; and his siblings, Ronald Cooke and Faye Lanham.
