He is survived by: his fiancée Pamela Moore of Inwood, WV; his siblings, Suzanne Mannix (John Donovan) of Hume, VA, Laura Burke (James) of Murrayville, IL and James Mannix (Charity) of Jackson, IL; and his nephew John Michael Mannix.
