It is with great sadness that we announce the death of John William Owens Sr. of Clear Brook, Virginia, who passed away on May 22, 2021, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Thelma and Charles Owens, Sr.; his wife Daisy Dunlap of Virginia; and his brother Charles E. Owens, Jr.. He is survived by: his children, Tina M. Gordon (Kirk), John W. Owens, Jr. (Sherry) and Bobby A. Owens (Julie); his grandchildren, Nicole Russell (Billy), Samantha Swain (Josh), Kirkie Gordon, Amber Jenkins (Mark Andrews) and Tara Jenkins (Jason White); his great grandchildren, Caden, Kyin, Caitlin, Jake, Lucas and Henry; his stepgrandchildren, William Imgrund, Jr. (Desarae), Cassandra Rand (Devon) and Jacob Imgrund (Elizabeth); and his stepgreat-grandchildren, Gavin, Jason, Isabella and Alex. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews, including a very special nephew.
